She did not come across as professional. It felt like she was recommending treatments that weren’t necessary, which made me question whether the focus was more on profit than patient care. She just took X ray and charged my insurance. They even did not email the X Ray pictures of my teeth to me as they promised. Just made some money out of their X ray machine. Very cheap action!

I was very disappointed with the whole experience throughout the process. I was manipulated, and lied to, about the insurance coverage. They changed Dr. Mathur, (who was I had appointment with) with another doctor on the procedure table without information me earlier. They never took an estimate with my insurance and made me pay half of the cost. When I contacted the insurance company later, they told me my procedure is fully covered and I only had to pay $100.00 copay. But they make me pay around $1650.00 four weeks prior to the procedure. Now the gum grafting is not even looks satisfactory.

From day one when i arrived at the office i was treated royally. The staff is attentive and very helpful. Dr. Mathur did my examinations and explained thoroughly what needed to be done. I was explained the procedure in detail and a staff member worker with me to get payment and date arranged. My procedure was done by Dr. Lee and another staff member. From the time i walked in the room i was explained what was going to be done, and they tried to keep me relax. The procedure was done skillfully and I did not have any pain after the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Mathur and staff to anyone i know.

Oral surgery is never fun but Dr.Mathur and her staff were very kind. I received follow up phone calls form the staff and Dr. Mathur herself. They truly seem to care about you and how you feel and a doing.

I have been going to Dr. Mathur since 2016. They all have treated me very well. The service that I had is a cleaning and my gum cut to get a deeper cleaning. Never felt any pain. The ppls are nice and friendly. Very respectful and patient. The place is clean. Yes I have told others about it. It's a little pricey but they take care of you and pain free.
